I would like to return a gift I received for a refund, is this possible?

We cannot offer a refund on a gift purchase (only to the original payment card). Please follow the ‘Returns Policy’ above. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another sock if the product is unused with packaging still intact. Please provide us the original order number and follow the ‘Exchange Policy’ above.
